To register for this season's Soccer Camp, click on the link above and print out the registration form, then mail it to the address provided on the form. For your convenience,
Discover, MasterCard and Visa are accepted. If you are paying by cash or check, be sure to include it with your registration form.
All Camps... Customer agrees to pay $30 service charge on all returned checks. Your check and service charge may be electronically debited against your account, by Checkrite.
